Inside Blowout Preventer (IBOP)
Inside Blowout Preventer (IBOP) is an API 7-1 well control valve installed in the drill string to stop backflow and isolate pressure during tripping, workover, or emergency well control operations. UNIONLEVER OFS supplies TIW-type equivalent IBOPs with OEM / interchangeable design, optional H2S service trim, and repair / redress kits for fast on-site maintenance.

The Inside Blowout Preventer (IBOP) is a critical well control valve installed inside the drill string to prevent backflow of formation fluids during drilling operations. It is designed to allow normal forward circulation while instantly sealing the bore in the event of a kick, backflow, or emergency well control situation.
IBOPs are widely used in conjunction with top drive systems and drill strings, providing a fast-response internal safety barrier during drilling, tripping, and well intervention operations.
