The Internal Hook is a compact fishing tool generally used inside casing and tubing for catching wireline, cable, logging line, and other small “soft fish” items during well intervention and workover operations.
Internal hooks are commonly supplied in two configurations: Dead (fixed) hook and Live (adjustable) hook, allowing operators to select the appropriate grabbing action based on the fish type and downhole conditions.
