Drill Collars are heavy wall tubular drilling tools used in the Bottom Hole Assembly (BHA) to provide weight on bit and maintain drilling stability. They play a critical role in transmitting drilling weight, improving directional control, and maintaining wellbore verticality during drilling operations.
Unionlever OFS supplies both Standard Drill Collars and Spiral Drill Collars manufactured from high-strength alloy steel in accordance with API specifications. Spiral drill collars are designed to reduce differential sticking and improve mud circulation around the collar body.
Our drill collars are widely used in onshore and offshore drilling operations and are suitable for conventional, directional, and deep well drilling environments.
